What we collect
When you contact Hot Lap, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, organization, location and booking details. Driver early access collects an email and optional driver name. Connected Race Control systems may send venue, car, track, lap and display-name information.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, operate events and leaderboards, maintain results, prevent abuse and improve the Hot Lap experience.
How it is protected
The website and database run in Hot Lap-controlled Cloudflare services. Forms are rate limited, result uploads are signed and private result links use opaque tokens. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you. Driver accounts will include their own privacy controls before public launch.
